Description: The Channel Details section enables you to set up and configure your Replenishment Program.
This section is designed to help you integrate your marketing automation platform or direct-sender-service(s) with Replenit. For direct-sender-service connections, you can also set up your business strategy and provide communication content.
How to Add a Channel #
- Click the Add Channel button.
- Select the desired channel type from the dropdown menu (Email, SMS, App Push, WhatsApp, or Event). The “Event” option establishes a direct connection to your Marketing Automation Platform, allowing you to manage all replenishment workflows from within your marketing automation platform.
- Configure the channel settings:
- Enter the necessary credentials, such as access tokens, secret keys, or API endpoints.
- Enable or disable the channel using the Status toggle.
- Click Submit to save the channel.
How to Add a Template #
- Click the Add Template button.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Message Type: Define the type of notification (e.g., first message, follow-up message).
- Language: Specify the language for the message.
- Content Title: Enter a title that identifies the template.
- Content Type: Choose between plain text or HTML format.
- Content: Provide the message content, including dynamic placeholders if applicable.
- Use the Preview feature to visualize how the email design will appear to recipients, ensuring that the layout, content, and dynamic elements are correctly displayed.
- Click Submit to save the template.
Replenishment Preferences #
Overview #
Description: The Replenishment Preferences section allows you to configure your business and program strategy if you use direct-sender-service(s) (e.g., your backend or transactional services) to deliver replenishment reminders.
If you use “Event” as a channel, you can manage all your replenishment workflows on your Marketing Automation Platform.
Key Configurations #
- Channel Priority: Set the preferred channel for sending notifications.
- Identifier Priority: Define the primary identifier (e.g., email, phone number) for sending notifications.
- Conversion Attribution Window: Specify the number of days to attribute conversions to replenishment reminders.
- Follow-Up Notification:
- Enable or disable follow-up reminders.
- Set the time interval for sending follow-ups.
- First Notification Buffer Time: Define the time delay before sending the first notification.
- Product Availability Threshold: Specify the minimum stock level required to trigger replenishment notifications.
- AI Intensity: Adjust the strategy of Replenishment Algorithm.
- Data Processing: Enable or disable data processing for replenishment campaigns.
- Test Mode: Activate test mode to simulate notifications without affecting live customers.
- Excluded Products: Add products to the exclusion list to omit them from replenishment campaigns.

- Test Before Launching: Use Test Mode to verify channel configurations and templates before sending notifications to customers.
- Keep Channels Up-to-Date: Regularly review and update channel configurations to ensure optimal delivery, whether on your Marketing Automation Platform or directly in your Replenit dashboard, depending on your channel preferences.
