Timed – Replenishment Performance

  1. Total Replenishment Revenue
    • Description: Total revenue generated from product replenishments within the selected timeframe.
    • Attribution Model: The Replenishment Attribution Model, When products are sent to customers for replenishment, the system tracks these products and observes if the same customer purchases any of these recommended products within the conversion window. defaulted to 30 days. (Please contact your CSM if you would like to adjust your conversion window)  If a purchase occurs, the model attributes the value of the purchased product(s) to the Replenishment Revenue the value shown is the summed Replenishment Revenue’s in the selected time-frame.
  2. User and Product Replenishment Rates
    • Description: Shows the current user and product replenishment rates with comparisons to the previous period.
    • Usage: Evaluate the effectiveness of your replenishment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Total Messages Dispatched
  • Description: Total number of messages sent to users, broken down by message type (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push).
  • Usage: Track communication efforts and optimize messaging strategies.
